Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. M. Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. Prathiwada Varun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to the filing of the instant Writ Petition, the Police have registered the FIR based on the complaint dated 08.06.2026 lodged by the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law.
