...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, declaring the action of the respondent police authorities in not registering an FIR the complaint submitted by the petitioner through Grievance No.NTR202606087302 dated 08.06.2026 and in closing the said complaint without considering the medical evidence produced by the petitioner and without obtaining his consent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to register an FIR, conduct a fair and proper investigation and take appropriate action against the accused persons, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent police authorities, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, to take action on the complaint submitted by the petitioner in Grievance No. NTR202606087302 dated 08.06.2026, register an FIR and conduct investigation in accordance with law, and further direct the respondents to produce the original records relating to the closure proceedings, including the alleged signature relied upon by them pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following Order:
The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction declaring the action of the respondent police authorities in not registering an FIR on the complaint submitted by the petitioner through Grievance No.NTR202606087302 dated 08.06.2026 and in closing the said complaint without considering the medical evidence produced by the petitioner and without obtaining his consent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to register an FIR, conduct a fair and proper investigation and take appropriate action against the accused persons and to pass such other order or orders ….”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. M. Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. Prathiwada Varun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to the filing of the instant Writ Petition, the Police have registered the FIR based on the complaint dated 08.06.2026 lodged by the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. It is also made clear that the Police shall
