JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Order 28/03/2026 1. The instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner with following prayer:- "i. The respondents may kindly be restrained from terminating / replacing the services of the Petitioner by another set of Urgent Temporary Basis Medical Officer and permitting the Petitioner to perform duties on the post of Medical Officer at CHC Ajari Kalan, Block Jhunjhunu or may kindly adjust the petitioner on the post of Medical officer at nearby place where the post is lying vacant; ii. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned order dated 11.04.2025 and the impugned inaction of the respondents of not allowing the Petitioner to continue on the post of [2026:RJ-JP:13097] (2 of 2) [CW-5731/2026] Medical Officer on UTB Basis may kindly be held as illegal and arbitrary and the same may kindly be quashed and set aside; iii. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner with costs of the petition." 2. Learned counsel for petitioner while referring and relying upon judgment dated 15.10.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.20410/2025 titled as Dr. Shreeram Jhajhara and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. submits that the controversy and the issue raised herein is already settled by a Co-ordinate Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur. He further submitted that instant writ petition be disposed of in accordance with aforesaid order. 3. Mr. Yashwant Singh for Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC accepts notice. Office is directed to reflect name of Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC as counsel for the respondents. 4. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties and also material placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of in light of Dr. Shreeram Jhajhara and Ors. Vs.
