The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the second respondent by way of paper publication in Tamil daily newspaper having circulation in Kanyakumari District. 2. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and also perused the records perused. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Kanyakumari Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 05.08.2026.
