None for the applicant even in second round. The first suspension of sentence application was dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, after appreciating merits of the case, vide order dated 16.08.2018. Thereafter, the second suspension of sentence application was dismissed by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2022. Thereafter, this is third suspension of sentence application. There is no change in circumstance except the custody period. The third suspension of sentence application is dismissed for non-prosecution as also on merits.
