Sri K.Guru Raja, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to filing of this writ petition, the authorities have removed the petitioner’s names from the defaulters list and the writ petition became infructuous and hence prayed to dismiss the writ petition. 2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
