In Original Suit No.171 of 2023, the plaintiff and the respondent no.2 (petitioner) had filed applications for temporary injunction. Learned trial court passed the order directing both the parties to maintain status quo and restrained them to create any third party interest over the suit property. A Miscellaneous Civil Appeal (No.3 of 2024) was filed by the petitioner. The said appeal has been dismissed by learned Ist Additional District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar on 03.12.2025.
