Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner was not involved in any criminal activities, the above noted criminal case has been initiated against him due to some previous enmity. He, accordingly, prays for quashing the above noted Criminal Proceeding initiated against the Petitioner. At this juncture, pursuant to the query made by this Court, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that charge-sheet pertaining to the above noted case has already been submitted in the meantime. 6. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the above noted Criminal proceeding initiated against the Petitioner. However, considering the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition at the time of framing of charges. 7.
