The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Medical Officer, namely, Dr. S. Subhaa Shri, who had issued the wound certificate and against whom an enquiry had been conducted culminating in the submission of an enquiry report, had challenged the same before this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15398 of 2023. It is submitted that the said writ petition was allowed by order dated 29.09.2023 without impleading the present petitioner as a party. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said order has adversely affected the petitioner's rights. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner proposes to file a Sub-Application seeking to re-open this Contempt Petition after obtaining appropriate orders for modification of the order dated 29.09.2023 passed in W.P.(MD) No.15398 of 2023. 4.
