The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of the Court that a charge sheet was filed before the concerned court on 17.04.2024. However, it was not taken on file on the ground that it is barred under Section 468 of Code of Civil Procedure. 3. When the Court has not taken cognizance and rejected the same on the ground that it is barred under Section 468 of Code of Civil Procedure, the question of quashing of the FIR does not arise.
