NATARAJ ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the criminal proceedings initiated against them by the respondent No.1 in C.C No.12602/2013, then pending before the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, and presently pending before the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 406, 420, 506 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 8the IPC9). - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14363 CRL.P No. 292 of 2019 2. This Court in terms of an order dated 11.11.2019, has dismissed the petition in so far as the petitioner No.1 is concerned. 3. When this petition was taken up for final disposal, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted a memo wherein, the petitioner has prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition and further seeks for a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. 4. The memo is taken on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid memo, this petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to conclude the trial in C.C.
