This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioners from the possession of the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.2. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ, direction or decide appropriate order quashing/set aside the impugned Transfer and relieving order dated 16/02/2026 (Annexure P/1 & P/2). 10.3. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to continue the service of the petitioner at the same place or same district. 10.4. Any other relief or relief (s), which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was working as Ophthalmic Assistant Officer (Grade III) in the office of CMHO, Bilaspur, prior to passing of the order dated 16.2.2026 (Annexure P-1) transferring him to Primary Health Centre Semardarri, Block Marwahi, District Gaurela-Pendra- Marwahi. She submits that petitioner was promoted and posted at the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer, District Bilaspur vide order dated 28.5.2025 (Annexure P-3). 3 Thereafter, vide order dated 24.9.2025 (Annexure P-8), petitioner has been posted in CIMS Hospital, Bilaspur. However, by the order impugned, posting of petitioner has again been changed and he has been posted at Primary Health Centre Semardarri. She submits that there is continuous shifting of the petitioner from one place to another within short period of time. She further submits that wife of petitioner is also a government servant, posted as Assistant Teacher in Naveen Prathmik Shala, Jarhabhata Bilaspur and as per transfer policy of the State, husband-wife are to be posted at the same place as far as possible. She lastly submits that petitioner is also having responsibility to take care of his parents, who are suffering from various age old diseases. She submits that petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.3 on 17.2.2026 (Annexure P-5) prayer for cancellation of his transfer or change of his place of posting. 3. Learned State Counsel though opposes submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, however, she submits that according to submission of learned counsel for petitioner, his representation against his transfer is pending consideration, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 4 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed along with writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 17.2.2026 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
