By the appeal under Section 96 of the CPC, the appellant challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 24/07/2024 passed by the learned 3rd District Judge, Rajnandgaon, C.G. in Civil Suit No.5B/2018, whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff was AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.02.16 17:30:44 +0530 2 partly allowed. As per the mediation report dated 09.02.2026, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and the dispute was amicably settled by executing a settlement agreement before the Mediation Centre. 3. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the parties are ready and willing to fulfill the conditions enumerated in the settlement recorded by the Mediation Centre of this Court. 4. The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation by executing a settlement agreement. The mediation settlement agreement will be a part of the records. In the above circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement agreement dated 09.02.2026. The mediation settlement agreement shall form part of the judgment. 6.
