Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit in the writ miscellaneous petition, W.M.P.Crl.(MD)No.866 of 2026 is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint seeking appropriate action against the third respondent, alleging that the third respondent had criminally intimidated the petitioner with the intention of driving him out of his grove. However, as no effective action was taken on the said complaint, the present petition came to be filed. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD)No.2993 of 2026 24.05.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
