JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER The parties are present before the Court. 2. Joint memo is filed by the parties. Joint memo reads as under: <Both party humbly submit as follows: The undersigned both party have mutually agreed to settled the disputes amicably and the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum. 1,00,000/- (one lakh only) is full and final settlement as follows: 1) Rs.49,700/- Judicial deposit on 28/12/2022 before the trial court. 2) Rs.25,000/- to be paid on or before 15/05/2026 in the name of Respondent 3) Rs.25,000/- to be paid on or before 15/06/2026 to the name of Respondent. Further the petitioner agreed and has no objection to withdraw the Judicial deposit before the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC at Hasanagara for Rs.49,700/- (Rs.Forty Nine thousand Seven hundred only) in favour of respondent and the respondent has at liberty to withdraw the Judicial deposit of Rs.49,700/-. Hence this Joint Memo.= - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20957 CRL.RP No. 1390 of 2022 3. Placing the joint memo on record, petition stand disposed of. 4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. 5. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the joint memo is not paid regularly, the petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
