The petitioners pray for expeditious disposal of the said appeals. 3. Learned counsel for the Election Commission of India submits that huge number of appeals pending before the learned Appellate Tribunal, are being disposed of on a day-to-day basis. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
