No.258 of 2004 on 20.10.2011. Thereafter, he filed I.A.No.747 of 2021 seeking passing of a final decree. In the said final decree proceedings, an Advocate Commissioner was appointed by the trial Court. The Advocate Commissioner filed his report suggesting the mode of division as early as 23.04.2024. Thereafter, there has been no substantial progress in the final decree proceedings. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the Advocate Commissioner has already filed his report suggesting the mode of division as early as 23.04.2024, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to dispose of the said application. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose of I.A.No.747 of 2021 in O.S.
