Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners are accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 327 of 2025. It has been alleged that in course of vehicle checking, 8 persons were apprehended and several incriminating articles were seized from their possession. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted. He has further submitted that the petitioners are in custody 30.11.2025 and none of the petitioners have any criminal antecedent. Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners were the examinees for selection to the post of Constable in the State of West Bengal and they were alleged -2- to be resorting to unfair means. However, considering the fact that the petitioners does not have any criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has already been submitted, all the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
