This is only a statement made on instructions. There can be various other factors, which would have prevented for bonafide reasons, acquisition of lands or even after land is acquired laying of service road and any other administrative act to be completed. Contempt would not strictly lie as there is no violation of the direction of this court. It is only a submission made by the counsel. It is not even an undertaking recorded by the court. It had been further stated that an affidavit should be filed regarding the progress. It is contended that the affidavit had been filed. It is open to the petitioner to file his objections or his remarks to the said affidavit, if they are factually not correct. It will only be appropriate the writ petition itself is heard. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. The writ petition may be listed on 21.07.2026. (C.V.K.,J.)
