A perusal of the FIR reveals that it has been registered for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, 1860. In such view of the matter, the present petition has been filed considering the fact that the RCS report has been filed by the concerned investigating agency. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court by way of filing a protest petition. 5. In this case, if the protest petition is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall stand disposed of, within a period of four months thereafter. 6.
