(iii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give equal pay for equal work from the date of joining till they are regularized. (iv) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to extend all other consequential monitory benefits and also for payment of the minimum wages by implementing the 7th pay scale till the date of their regularization. (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations at Annexure A, dated:11.01.2025 and direct the respondents to immediately initiate actions and complete the process of regularization of the services of the petitioners on completion of 10years of service and issue appointment orders immediately as far as Petitioners are concerned. (iii) Issue a direction in nature of Mandamus to the respondents to deduct the PF henceforth and to give the P.F for all these years of service rendered and other benefits. (iv) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give equal pay for equal work from the date of joining till they are regularized. Since in all these writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking for the writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 11.01.2025 vide Annexure-A, these petitions are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 3. The case of the petitioners is that they have been appointed as Field Assistants in respondent No.3- University during the period from 2008 to 2016 and have been working in the said posts for more than ten years. They have submitted representations dated 11.01.2025 vide Annexure-A to respondent No.3 seeking regularization of their appointments. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the representations submitted by the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law, if this Court grants some reasonable time. 5. In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider the representations vide Annexure-A, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
