While placing on record copy of receipt issued by HP State Legal Services Authority, which is taken on record, learned vice counsel for the petitioner, states that 5% of the cheque amount i.e. Rs.20,000/- stands deposited with the Legal Services Authority in terms of order dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court in Cr. Revision No.763 of 2024. Having carefully persused afore receipt issued by the HP State Legal Services Authority, this Court finds force in the submssion of learned vice counsel for the petitioner, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, the same is disposed of for all intents and purposes.
