Sri.B Vijay Shetty, learned counsel has filed memo for retirement and the same reads as follows: <The undersigned counsel in the above case most respectfully submitting the petitioner has taken the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from me in the Vakalath along with entire file by affixing his signature on the acknowledgement, in the above case on 09-03-2026.
