It appears from the Report that during inspection and at the time of effecting the connection, a different location was provided by the petitioner than that which was originally inspected. In view of the Report filed by WBSEDCL and the submissions of the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for electricity connection in accordance with law. If such application is filed, WBSEDCL shall consider the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
