Having regard to the above submissions, directed the respondents to pay the claim made by the petitioners, as per the Agreement No.168/2023-24, dated 20.10.2023 regarding repairs & BT renewals to the road from Devarapalli to Kothavalasa, within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. 4 Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
