ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.798 of 2026 by order dated 12.01.2026, by permitting the petitioners to appear before the Inspector of Police, Nadukaveri Police Station, Thanjavur District daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the order dated 12.01.2026, crime number has been mentioned as Crime No.356 of 2024 instead of Crime No.356 of 2025. Hence, they were not in a position to execute the sureties. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police verified the crime number and submitted that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.356 of 2025 on the file of the Nadukaveri Police Station, Thanjavur District. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.798 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to execute the sureties for Crime No.356 of 2025 on the file of the Nadukaveri Police Station and the petitioners are https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis directed to appear before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.
