Despite sufficient opportunities having been granted, the sole respondent has not filed a counter affidavit. However, the learned counsel for the sole respondent raised strong objections to allow this petition. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs.
