This bail application has been filed by the petitioner Satyaveer @ Dhamas S/o Padam, aged about 32 years, who was arrested by the police on 28.11.2025 in connection with the FIR bearing No.244/2022 registered at Police Station Kumher, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 302 & 504 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submitted that the bail application of the accused-petitioner was rejected by the Additional District and Session Judge Kumer, District Deeg vide order dated 20.12.2025 thereafter, the petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. 3. Learned counsel submitted that the contents of the FIR shows that the fire arm injury was caused by Sumit and Vijendra to the deceased Suresh and the accused-petitioner has falsely [2026:RJ-JP:11320] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-583/2026] been implicated in the present case, as there is no specific role assigned to him. Leaned counsel submitted that the allegations leveled against him are general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel further submitted that the co-accused namely Rameshwar Singh (in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5018/2023), Laxmikant (in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2617/2023) & Komal (in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14908/2022) have already been enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 25.03.2025, 03.05.2023 & 24.11.2022 respectively. In view thereof, learned counsel prayed that the accused-petitioner be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail applications, however, could not dispute the fact that the statement of the material witnesses are general and ambiguous in nature. 5. This Court noted the contents of the FIR and the conclusion as drawn by the charge-sheet and considering the fact that the other co-accused namely Rameshwar Singh, Laxmikant & Komal have already been enlarged on bail, charge-sheet has already been filed, trial will take sufficiently long time, nature of allega- tions, petitioner is behind the bar since 28.11.2025, overall facts and circumstances of the case, is inclined to exercise its power un- der Section 483 B.N.S.S. and deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner Satyaveer @ Dhamas S/o Padam on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail applications filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Satyaveer @ Dhamas S/o Padam shall be released on bail, [2026:RJ-JP:11320] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-583/2026] provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. 7. It is further directed that in case, the petitioner is found to be involved in any case within two years from the date of passing of this order, learned Public prosecutor shall file an application for cancellation of the bail.
