Sundari, learned GA appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submitted that she has no objection in preponing the hearing of the said writ petition. On the other hand, Mr. Tungrei Ngakang, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 5 submitted that there is no reason for advancing the date of hearing of the writ petition and that the next date was fixed on the consent of both the parties.
