Subir Kumar Saha Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee, Ms. Monalisha Sinha, Ms. Smriti Sen ...for the Petitioner 1. We are informed by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that though beyond the time stipulated as per the Court’s order dated 12.05.2026 in FMA 1366 of 2025, the authorities considered the claim of the writ petitioner/appellant and disposed it by a speaking order on 14.08.2026.
