Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, they are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of Writ Petition No. 641 of 2026 (SS) alone are being considered and discussed. 3. Petitioner is serving as Technician Grade-I in Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited. According to him, he is entitled to benefit of Old Pension Scheme in view of his regular appointment in the year 2000. 4. By means of Writ Petition No. 641 of 2026 (SS), petitioner has sought a direction to the authorities to take decision on his representation dated 27.11.2025. 5. Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Power 2026:UHC:1427 Corporation Limited submits that decision, if already not taken, shall be taken within eight weeks. 6. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to take decision on the representation, as per law, within eight weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
