Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not being permitted to complete internal repairing work of her flat and direction is sought for upon the police authorities to provide assistance which would facilitate repairing work in the flat of the petitioner. 3. Learned advocate representing the private respondents has opposed this writ petition and it is submitted that petitioner is the owner of two adjacent flats and those flats are amalgamated and thereafter certain construction work was carried out inside the flat which is contrary to the internal plan of the flat which according to the private respondents is not permissible. 4. State respondents are also represented by the learned advocate who has submitted that if petitioner has grievance that she is not being permitted to complete internal repairing work in that event petitioner needs to approach concerned authority of Kolkata Municipal Corporation. 5. Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, Court finds that it is not a case where mandamus is required to be issued to the concerned authorities permitting petitioner to complete repairing work. If petitioner is obstructed in carrying out repairing work in her flat in that event petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the concerned authority of Kolkata Municipal Corporation for obtaining necessary permission. 6.
