JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 15/04/2026 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.01.2026 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.490/2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, liberty has not been included in the contents of order passed on 27.01.2026, albeit the same was granted. Learned counsel for the respondent has not objected the said prayer. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 27.01.2026 is modified as to an addition of ‘with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if need so arises in the future.’ [2026:RJ-JP:15688] (3 of 3) [WMAP-156/2026] It is made clear that no changes are made to the remaining contents of the order in question.
