JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3086 WP No. 9724 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for the following relief asserting that he has discharged the loan availed by his vendor. a] To issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondent Bank to consider the OTS Scheme proposed by the Petitioner vide letter dated 15.03.2025 vide Annexure-E, in the interest of justice and equity. b] To issue a writ of certiorari quashing the endorsement dated 20.03.2025 vide Annexure-F issued by the Respondent - Bank in the interest of justice and equity. It is now stated in unison that in terms of the OTS Scheme referred to by the petitioner in the Memorandum of Petition, he has tendered the amount in complete discharge of the liability and that he would be entitled to receive the documents deposited as also the Discharge Certificate. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3086 WP No. 9724 of 2025 In the light of the afore, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order with the respondent calling upon the respondent to return the original documents in its custody to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
