The second respondent/ victim has sustained injuries in an industrial accident and as per the joint compromise memo, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) has been paid to her as full and final settlement of all claims towards compensation. 3. Today, the second respondent/victim is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 4.
