This petition is filed to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the above second appeal. 2.Heard. 3.The petitioners had filed a suit in O.S.No.50 of 2016 before the Sub-Court, Ambasamudiram against the respondents for declaration and permanent injunction. The first petitioner's husband and his brother had been following the suit proceedings and after the death of her husband, due to lack of communication, she was not able to file an appeal in time and she is aged about 72 years. 4.Considering the age of the first petitioner, this Court is inclined to give one more opportunity to the petitioners.
