The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to release a sum of Rs.58,20,000/- lying in no lien account and a sum of Rs.3/- lakhs towards the expenses of the petitioner for purchase of the property in an auction conducted by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2. The borrower of the loan whose property has been purchased by the petitioner had earlier filed WP(MD) No.5565 of 2025 and a Coordinate Bench of this court by order dated 03.04.2025 had set aside the sale in favour of the petitioner herein. It had also directed that the petitioner is entitled for return of the sale consideration. This writ petition cannot be maintained. When the petitioner is already a party in the review application, he will have to work out his remedy in the said review application.
