Yobin, learned counsel for the applicant who has 2026:MLHC:726 2 submitted that this is an application for condonation of delay of 400 days in preferring the related appeal which delay was caused as the applicant had no access to legal assistance and was also financially unstable. 2. The learned counsel therefore prays that the delay may be condoned to allow the applicant in preferring the related appeal. 3. Mr. H. Kharmih, learned Addl. P.P appears for the State respondent and has no objection to the prayer made. 4. This Court after consideration of the submission made is inclined to allow this application on the grounds cited containing sufficient cause. 5.
