The above petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the order dated 24.03.2025 made in CMA(MD)No.141 of 2025 on the file of this Court and restore the same. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner's earlier petition in CMP(MD)No.5512 of 2026 to condone the delay in filing an application for restoration of appeal was allowed on 16.06.2026. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered.
