Laskar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. A. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department. Mr. M. H. Laskar, after attempting to argue the matter at some length, prays on instructions that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition to pursue his claim for provincialisation of his services under the provisions of the Act of 2017, before the respondent authorities and/or before the jurisdictional Educational Tribunal, as may be advised. Prayer is not objected to by Mr. A. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department.
