Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was elected as the Secretary of the respondent Society. However, the respondent refused to receive and process the said Forms. Aggrieved thereby, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the Forms VI and VII submitted by the petitioner have been accepted by the respondent by proceedings dated 08.07.2026 and the same has been duly recorded. 4. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
