ORDER The present petition has been filed by A1 to A4 in C.C.No.2821 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) and 34 of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 3.Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
