JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.2-College to consider the representation dated 30.03.2023 vide Annexure-A, and to direct respondent No.2-College to issue hall tickets and permit the petitioners to take up their first semester examination, which was scheduled to be commenced from 18.04.2023. 2. By virtue of the interim order dated 11.04.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioners have appeared for the first semester examination commencing from 18.04.2023. 3. The petitioners submitted a representation vide Annexure-A requesting respondent No.2 to allow the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:891 WP No. 7831 of 2023 petitioners to attend the first semester examination, and to publish the results in future as per the Karnataka State Law University Norms. 4. Respondent no. 2 has already allowed the petitioners to appear for the examination of first semester in view of the interim order passed by this Court. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. 6.
