The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of a school on July 3, 1996. He joined a different school on December 30, 2000 as Assistant Teacher. Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed as Headmaster on April 6, 2010 in another school. He retired from service on attaining his normal age of superannuation on January 31, 2025. He has not been paid his terminal dues till date. 3. It appears that the District Inspector of Schools raised certain objection with regard to the pay protection of the petitioner. 4. None appears on behalf of the State respondents, despite service. 5. As it appears that the teacher retired more than one year back, accordingly, it is high time that the terminal dues of the teacher is released without any further delay. Any objection raised by any of the 2 authorities shall positively be cleared so that there is no difficulty on the part of the petitioner receiving his terminal dues. 6. The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Paschim Medinipur is directed to take all necessary steps to ensure that the pension file of the petitioner is made ready and forwarded to the DPPG for issuance of the pension payment order in his favour. 7. All the respondent authorities shall cooperate with each other and ensure that the pension payment order is released in favour of the petitioner positively by May 29, 2026. 8.
