O.P.(MD) No.12915 of 2026, ORDER The present petition has been filed by the 1st accused in Cr.No.493 of 2026, on the file of the 1st respondent police, seeking to quash the notice issued by learned Judicial Magistrate Valliyoor on 15.06.2026, directing the petitioner to appear and offer his explanation for cancellation of bail filed by the Investigation Agency in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2026. 2. The petitioner was enlarged on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.1758 of 2026 on 29.04.2026, with the condition that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one month. 3. The petitioner herein had appeared before the respondent police between 01.05.2026 to 08.05.2026, 12.05.2026 and 13.05.2026. Thereafter, the petitioner had been appeared before the respondent police and complied with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the trial Court was modified by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10191 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026. As per the modified order, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every Saturday on 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 5. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, when the condition imposed by the trial Court has been regularized, the Investigating Agency cannot approach the concerned Court, seeking cancellation of bail on the ground that condition imposed in the bail order have not been complied with. 6. Per contra, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police pointed out that the petitioner has to comply with the orders of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. This Court does not find any reason to quash the said notice issued by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. No costs.
