This Application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No.71 of 2025, “State Vs. Sham Sher Singh alias Shera and two Others”, pending before the Court of learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. According to the respondent no.1/State, fire was opened on the informant’s son on 15.06.2019, but it did not hit him. Manpreet was also beaten. 3. Mr. Ankush Singhal, learned counsel for the applicants-accused. 4. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned Assistant 1 2026:UHC:412 Government Advocate for the respondent no.1. 5. Mr. Basant Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2-victim and the respondent no.3-injured. 6. All the applicants are present in-person. They are identified by Mr. Ankush Singhal, Advocate. 7. Mr. Anuj Kumar Kashyap, the respondent no.2- victim and Mr. Manpreet Singh, the respondent no.3- injured, are present in-person. They are identified by Mr. Basant Singh, Advocate. 8. According to the applicants and the private respondents, Tota Ram, the informant and the father of the respondent no.2, has died. 9. Applicants and the private respondents have submitted that there were private disputes between them and they have resolved their all the differences. Now, they are living peacefully, happily and in harmony. Therefore, they have filed a Compounding Application (IA No. 1 of 2026) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. The private respondents have requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Sessions Trial No.71 of 2025. 10. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, Assistant Government Advocate, has opposed the said request of the private respondents. 11. Considering the totality of the matter, the 2 2026:UHC:412 present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No.71 of 2025, “State Vs.
