This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, for granting anticipatory bail in connection with Jagiroad P.S. Case No.235/2025, under Section 318 (4)/ 336 (3)/ 340 (2)/ 351(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioners were in interim protection by the order dated 16.02.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have participated in the investigation and their statements have been recorded. 4. The learned Addl. P.P. has produced the case diary. On going through the stage of the investigation and the case diary, this court is of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners should not be necessary at this stage. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioner is hereby made absolute. 5. Anticipatory bail petition is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
