The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the second respondent, had directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.86 of 2025. However, the second respondent has not complied with the said condition. Hence, the learned counsel prays to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent. 3. The second respondent has already filed a modification petition before this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10713 of 2026 to modify the condition for deposit of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. This Court has dismissed the said petition with liberty to the second respondent to comply with the condition within a period of fifteen days. Hence, this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent. 5.
