2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 10.06.2026 to date, without any absence or adverse remarks.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.8(iii) of the order dated 20.05.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.12594 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Trial Court i.e., Principal District Court, Ranipet, weekly once on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders’
