Issue a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in like nature quashing the order passed by the CMM Court under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act in C- Misc.No.7482/2014 dated 22.10.2016 vide Annexure-Q. ii. Grant any other reliefs that this Hon9ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. When this matter came up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submits that the entire amount is paid in the last week.
