JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: PRAYER i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in like nature quashing the order passed by the CMM Court under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act in C- Misc.No.7482/2014 dated 22.10.2016 vide Annexure-Q. ii. Grant any other reliefs that this Hon9ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. When this matter came up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submits that the entire amount is paid in the last week. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the Bank may be directed to return the original documents to the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14502 WP No. 26939 of 2025 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that within one week they would return the original documents to the petitioner. 4. Considering the submission of the both the counsels, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of by recording the submission of both the counsels that the due amount is settled and nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. ii. Respondent-Bank shall return the original documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. iii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
