1. The petitioner’s application seeking transfer is allegedly pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur.
2. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Purba Medinipur to consider the said application and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.
3. The Commission shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law and if the application of the petitioner for transfer

is allowed, then necessary follow up steps shall be taken without any further delay.
4. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
